Grilled Marinaded Southwestern Steak


1 lb of Steak
Southwestern Marinade


1. Marinate steaks in the marinade for 24 to 48 hours.
2. Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
3. Grill Steaks until fully cooked.

Tip: In order to get thatch marks on your steaks, make sure the grill is completely preheated before grilling them. Imagine the hands of a clock. Place the steaks at an angle across the grill that would point to the imaginary 10 O'clock.  Allow them  to cook long enough to mark the steaks. Next turn the steaks to the imaginary 2 O'clock. Repeat the steps on both sides to cook visually appealing evenly cooked steaks.
