Grilled Lemon Chicken


4- 6-8oz Chicken Breast
Lemon thyme marinade
1- Lemon


1. Marinate chicken in the marinade for at least an hour
2. Preheat grill to 400 degrees
3. Grill chicken until it is cooked completely.

tip: In order to get thatch marks on your chicken, make sure the grill is completely preheated before grilling the chicken. Imagine the hands of a clock. lay the chicken at an angle across the grill that would point to the imaginary 10 O'clock.  Allow the chicken to cook long enough to mark the chicken. Next turn the chicken to the imaginary 2 O'clock. Repeat the steps on both sides to cook visually appealing evenly cooked chicken.
