Tomato Rose
 Step1: Hold tomato with the vine spot facing upwards. With a paring knife slice horizontally 3/4 of the way through the tomato.


Step2: Carefully peel the tomato so as to leave the partially sliced portion to serve as the base of the rose.


Step3: Place the base of the rose skin down on the table and curl the tomato peeling on top of the base.
 

Step4: Place basil or spinach around the base of the rose.
